MONSTER BLOCK
a puzzle platformer prototype
How to play:
- Eat blocks to fill your stomach
- (You can aim up/down/left/right)
- Spit blocks in the direction of cursor to empty your stomach
- (again, up/down/left/right)
- Combine 3 or more blocks to eliminate them from board
Dont get crushed or let a column reach the top or game over- Not working for now, last minute bug, sorry 🥲
Controls:
- KEYBOARD TYPE 1:
- WASD : Movement/AIM
- J : Jump
- K: Eat block
- L: Spit block
- KEYBOARD TYPE 2:
- ARROWS: Movement/AIM
- Z: Jump
- X: Eat block
- C: Spit block
- ARROWS: Movement/AIM
- GAMEPAD TYPE 1 (xbox):
- DPAD/LEFT ANALOG: Movement/AIM
- A: Jump
- X: Eat block
- B: Spit block
- DPAD/LEFT ANALOG: Movement/AIM
- GAMEPAD TYPE 2 (xbox):
- DPAD/LEFT ANALOG: Movement/AIM
- A: Jump
- LEFT TRIGGER: Eat block

Feel free to make suggestions for future updates, this is a somewhat incomplete prototype,
but pretty fun and playable!

i think the game would be way easier to play if you jumped with W , eat with left mouse button and shoot with right mouse button but amazing game
Well, up and jump are two different commands, because you can aim in the direction you're pointing, otherwise I would have put the jump in W. But if I do that, the player will lose the ability to jump while aiming down.
Any other suggestions? If you have any more ideas for improving the controls, I can consider them.
